Acceptable Use Policy — BeMusic AI

BeMusic AI's content standards for safe and authorized use of music, image, video, and voice-generation tools.
Aug 17, 2026(Updated: Aug 17, 2026)

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every BeMusic AI feature and every form of content processed through the service, including prompts, lyrics, text, images, audio, video, uploaded files, voice samples, trained voice models, and generated output.

You must have the rights and permissions required for everything you upload, train, transform, generate, publish, or distribute. This policy is part of the BeMusic AI Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content

You may not use BeMusic AI to upload, generate, transform, train, publish, or distribute:

  1. Pornographic or NSFW content: Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Graphic violence or gore: Graphic injury, torture, mutilation, or content that glorifies or encourages physical harm.
  3. Hate speech or harassment: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or discriminates against people based on protected characteristics, or that facilitates targeted harassment.
  4. Child unsafe content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors or age-ambiguous persons, grooming, or any content that endangers children.
  5. Deepfakes or impersonation: Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, identity fraud, or voice cloning, including using another person's voice, likeness, or identity without authorization.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other intellectual-property rights.

Illegal activities, fraud, self-harm encouragement, terrorism or extremist content, instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing, and attempts to bypass safety systems are also prohibited.

Voice Cloning and Voice Conversion

You may train or use a voice model only when:

  • The voice is your own; or
  • The voice owner has given you explicit permission covering the intended training and use; and
  • You hold all other rights required for the source recording and resulting output.

You may not upload samples or train a custom model that clones or imitates a celebrity, politician, public figure, private individual, or fictional character without documented authorization from the applicable rights holders. Provider-supplied preset voices may be used only where BeMusic makes them available, and never to mislead listeners about a person's identity, endorsement, conduct, or statements or to infringe third-party rights.

BeMusic requires an authorization confirmation before new custom voice-model training begins. Deliberately making a false confirmation is a violation of this policy.

Zero-Tolerance Content

BeMusic applies zero tolerance to:

  • CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
  • Grooming or sexual exploitation of children
  • Non-consensual sexual deepfakes or intimate imagery
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, or credible threats of mass violence
  • Instructions for weapons of mass destruction
  • Content that promotes genocide or targeted ethnic violence

We may immediately block content, remove output, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence where legally required, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Moderation and Enforcement

BeMusic may apply automated safety checks and human review to supported prompts, uploads, and generated media. Moderation systems do not identify every violation, so users remain responsible for their content and conduct.

Enforcement may include generation refusal, content removal, credit forfeiture where permitted by law, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, or cooperation with lawful investigations. Attempts to evade moderation or repeatedly submit prohibited material may result in immediate account action.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse, unsafe content, or unauthorized voice use to support@bemusic.ai. Include the relevant URL, task or account identifier if available, and a brief explanation. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; report only the location and identifying information needed for investigation.

We review good-faith reports and take appropriate action under this policy and applicable law.
