AI & Content Policy — BeMusic AI
1. Purpose and Scope
BeMusic AI provides tools that generate, transform, analyze, separate, extend, remix, or combine music, lyrics, vocals, images, video, and related media using artificial intelligence. This AI & Content Policy explains the responsibilities that apply when using those tools and their output.
This Policy applies to prompts, lyrics, text, images, audio, video, uploaded files, voice samples, trained voice models, and generated output across all BeMusic AI features, including text-to-music, lyrics-to-song, AI covers, music remixing and extending, voice changing and cloning, custom voice models, stem separation, vocal removal, image-to-music, singing-photo, music-video, and related workflows.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It should be read together with our Copyright & Takedown Policy, Commercial License Agreement, and Privacy & Cookies. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless another agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. Your Rights Declaration
By submitting material or starting an AI workflow, you confirm that:
- You own or have the licenses and permissions required for every prompt, lyric, image, audio file, sample, stem, recording, melody, composition, performance, voice, name, likeness, and other input you provide;
- Your requested use and intended distribution do not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights;
- You will not use a real person's voice, identity, likeness, persona, or recordings without the authorization required for the intended use;
- You will not falsely imply that a person, artist, label, brand, or rights holder created, performed, endorsed, or approved the output;
- You will review output before publishing or distributing it; and
- You will make AI-related disclosures and preserve provenance information where required by law, a platform, a distributor, a client, or another contract.
A checkbox, confirmation, license certificate, or successful generation does not replace the permissions you need from third parties.
3. Acceptable Use and Content Standards
Prohibited Content
You may not use BeMusic AI to upload, generate, transform, train, publish, or distribute:
- Pornographic or NSFW content: Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Graphic violence or gore: Graphic injury, torture, mutilation, or content that glorifies or encourages physical harm.
- Hate speech or harassment: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or discriminates against people based on protected characteristics, or that facilitates targeted harassment.
- Child unsafe content: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors or age-ambiguous persons, grooming, or any content that endangers children.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, identity fraud, or voice cloning, including using another person's voice, likeness, or identity without authorization.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other intellectual-property rights.
Illegal activities, fraud, self-harm encouragement, terrorism or extremist content, instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing, and attempts to bypass safety systems are also prohibited.
Zero-Tolerance Content
BeMusic applies zero tolerance to:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or sexual exploitation of children
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes or intimate imagery
- Terrorism, violent extremism, or credible threats of mass violence
- Instructions for weapons of mass destruction
- Content that promotes genocide or targeted ethnic violence
We may immediately block content, remove output, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence where legally required, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
4. AI-Assisted Creation and Copyright
AI can assist human creativity, but copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction and depends on the facts, including the amount and nature of human authorship. BeMusic AI does not promise that any output is copyrightable, that you own copyright in it, or that a copyright office or court will accept a claim.
If copyright protection matters to your project, keep records of your human contributions, such as original lyrics, composition, arrangement, performance, editing, selection, production, and other creative decisions.
BeMusic AI may produce output that is similar or identical to output produced for another user. Unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise, BeMusic AI does not promise that generated output is unique or exclusive.
5. Platform License and Commercial Use
Your right to use BeMusic-generated output depends on the plan and license applicable to that output. Free, trial, subscription, and one-time purchase products may have different rights. The current Terms of Service, Pricing, and Commercial License Agreement govern.
A commercial license permits eligible commercial uses only to the extent BeMusic AI is authorized to grant those rights. It does not:
- Transfer or clear rights in user-provided or referenced material;
- Guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity, or registration;
- Authorize unauthorized samples, covers, remixes, voices, names, images, or likenesses; or
- Guarantee acceptance by a distributor, digital service provider, marketplace, advertising network, or rights-management system.
BeMusic AI may withhold, revoke, or invalidate a license certificate when the certificate was obtained through fraud, material misrepresentation, rights infringement, or another material breach of the governing terms.
6. Inputs, Uploads, and Private Content
You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. You give BeMusic AI permission to process them as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Do not upload or direct BeMusic AI to process material merely because it is publicly available online. Public availability does not mean the material is free to copy, transform, train on, publish, or commercialize.
BeMusic AI does not use private prompts, uploads, voice samples, trained voice models, or generated content to train shared AI models unless you separately and explicitly opt in. Storage, retention, subprocessors, deletion, and privacy rights are described in the Privacy & Cookies.
7. Voice Models, Identity, and Likeness
You may train or use a custom voice model only when the voice is your own or you have documented authorization from the voice owner covering the training, transformation, output, and intended use.
You may not use BeMusic AI to:
- Clone, imitate, or transform a celebrity, artist, public figure, private person, or fictional character without all required authorization;
- Create deceptive impersonation, identity fraud, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, or misleading political or commercial speech;
- Falsely suggest endorsement, collaboration, sponsorship, authorship, or an official release;
- Upload recordings you are not authorized to use for voice training or conversion; or
- Evade consent confirmations, safety systems, or account restrictions.
Provider-supplied preset voices may be used only within the license and restrictions presented by BeMusic AI. Availability of a preset does not authorize misleading identity claims or infringement.
BeMusic AI may request proof of consent or rights and may restrict or remove a voice model or related output when authorization is missing, disputed, or unreliable.
BeMusic requires an authorization confirmation before new custom voice-model training begins. Deliberately making a false confirmation is a violation of this policy.
8. Covers, Remixes, Samples, and Audio Transformations
AI transformation does not erase rights in source material. An AI cover, remix, interpolation, stem, instrumental, mashup, slowed or reverberated version, extended track, or other adaptation may require permissions covering the composition, lyrics, master recording, samples, performers, mechanical reproduction, synchronization, distribution, or other rights.
You are responsible for determining which permissions or legal exceptions apply before publishing, monetizing, distributing, publicly performing, or otherwise exploiting transformed material. A private preview, export option, or successful technical processing does not establish that the use is lawful.
9. Content ID, Distribution, and Rights Claims
Do not register or claim output through YouTube Content ID or another exclusive rights-management system unless you have all rights required to control the resulting claims and the registration complies with that system's rules.
In particular, do not make exclusive claims over:
- Output that contains unauthorized third-party material;
- Material licensed to you only on a non-exclusive basis;
- Output that is identical or substantially similar to material available to other BeMusic users;
- Public-domain or commonly used material you do not exclusively control; or
- Tracks affected by an unresolved ownership or copyright dispute.
False, overbroad, or abusive rights claims may result in removal of content, invalidation of a license certificate, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.
BeMusic AI does not guarantee that output will avoid Content ID matches, copyright claims, takedown requests, distributor rejection, demonetization, or other third-party action.
10. AI Disclosure and Provenance
BeMusic AI identifies its services as AI-powered. We may also apply or preserve visible labels, notices, watermarks, file metadata, content credentials, identifiers, or other provenance signals where required by law, supported by a workflow, or reasonably needed for transparency and abuse prevention.
You must not remove, conceal, falsify, or tamper with a legally required AI label or provenance signal. You must disclose that content was generated or materially manipulated with AI where required by:
- Applicable law or regulation;
- A distributor, streaming service, marketplace, social platform, advertising platform, or rights-management system;
- A client, label, publisher, brand, employer, or other contract; or
- The context necessary to avoid misleading people about identity, authenticity, endorsement, or material events.
If a workflow offers an AI-disclosure control or attaches provenance metadata to a download, you must provide accurate information and preserve required disclosures when redistributing the content.
11. Spam, Manipulation, and Misleading Metadata
You may not use BeMusic AI to:
- Publish large volumes of duplicate or minimally varied tracks to manipulate catalogs, search, recommendations, charts, royalties, or advertising revenue;
- Use misleading artist names, titles, credits, genres, images, ownership information, or release metadata;
- Misrepresent AI-generated or transformed output as a genuine recording or statement by another person;
- Coordinate fraudulent streaming, engagement, reviews, claims, or monetization; or
- Circumvent generation limits, moderation, provenance signals, or distribution safeguards.
12. Review and Enforcement
BeMusic AI may use automated checks and human review on supported prompts, uploads, voice workflows, generated media, public content, and account activity. These checks do not identify every violation and do not transfer responsibility from the user.
When we reasonably identify rights, identity, safety, fraud, or policy risks, we may:
- Refuse or stop generation or processing;
- Request proof of ownership, licensing, or consent;
- Remove or restrict output, uploads, public pages, voice models, or downloads;
- Disable sharing, commercial licensing, or license verification;
- Preserve relevant records where lawful and reasonably necessary;
- Forfeit credits where permitted by law;
- Suspend or terminate accounts; and
- Cooperate with lawful requests from rights holders, platforms, courts, regulators, or law enforcement.
Attempts to evade moderation or repeatedly submit prohibited material may result in immediate account action.
Copyright notices and counter-notices are handled under the Copyright & Takedown Policy. Other safety and abuse reports follow Contact and Reporting Abuse.
13. Policy Changes
AI technology, platform rules, and applicable laws continue to change. We may update this Policy for future use of the service. When changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, account, email, or another appropriate channel. The updated date at the top shows when this Policy was last revised.
14. Contact and Reporting Abuse
Questions about this Policy or reports of unauthorized voice or identity use may be sent to:
