What You're Agreeing To

Welcome to BeMusic AI! These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our AI music generator. By using BeMusic AI, you agree to follow these rules. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and CEDAR ORBIT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates BeMusic AI and provides the website, applications, tools, and related services described in these Terms.

When you visit bemusic.ai or use any of our tools, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. It's that simple.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who uses BeMusic AI. This includes free users, paid subscribers, and anyone just browsing around.

Our AI Music & Voice Policy, Copyright & Takedown Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Commercial License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms where applicable to your use of the service.

What BeMusic AI Offers

BeMusic AI is an AI-powered music creation platform. Here's what you can do with our tools:

AI Music Generator Turn your ideas into real songs. Just type what you want, and our AI creates original music for you. You can describe a mood, a style, or even write your own lyrics. The AI does the rest.

AI Vocal Remover Split any song into vocals and instrumentals. Perfect for karaoke, remixes, or studying music. Upload a track, and we separate the voices from the instruments.

AI Cover Generator Make style covers or permitted voice covers from audio you own or have permission to transform.

AI Voice Cloning & Voice Changer Choose an available preset voice or train a private voice model from your own voice or a voice you are expressly authorized to use, then apply that model to permitted audio. Preset and custom voices may not be used for deceptive impersonation, false endorsement, fraud, harassment, or infringement.

AI Music Extender Make your songs longer. Our AI can extend tracks while keeping the same style and feel. Turn a short clip into a full song.

AI Instrumental Generator Create backing tracks without vocals. Perfect for singers, content creators, or anyone who needs music without words.

What to Expect Our AI is powerful, but it's not perfect. Sometimes the music might not match exactly what you imagined. Song length has limits based on your plan. Quality can vary. We're always improving, but please understand these limitations.

Creating Your Account

Sign Up You need an account for most features. Sign up is free and takes about 30 seconds. You can use your email or sign in with Google.

Your Responsibilities Keep your password safe. Don't share your login with others. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away.

Account Information Use real information when you sign up. Don't create fake accounts. Don't create multiple accounts to get extra free credits.

Age and Parental Permission You must be at least 13 years old to use BeMusic AI. If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old unless a parent or legal guardian has provided the consent required by applicable law. If you have not reached the age at which you can enter into these Terms on your own where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the service.

You may not use BeMusic AI if applicable law prohibits us from offering the service to you. A parent or guardian who believes a child created an account without the required permission should contact support@bemusic.ai.

Rules for Using BeMusic AI

Do's

  • Create music for yourself
  • Share your creations on social media
  • Use generated music in your videos (check your plan's license)
  • Have fun and be creative

Don'ts

  • Don't upload copyrighted music you don't own
  • Don't create hate speech, violent, or illegal content
  • Don't try to hack or break our system
  • Don't use bots or automated tools to abuse the service
  • Don't pretend to be someone else
  • Don't clone, train, or use another person's voice without their explicit permission
  • Don't create music that harms others

Fair Use All plans are subject to the credit balance, feature limits, technical limits, and anti-abuse controls shown for the applicable product. Automated, excessive, or abusive use that interferes with the service or attempts to evade those limits may be restricted. Our goal is to keep the service reliable and fair for everyone.

User-Generated Content & Moderation

Prohibited AI-Generated Content You may not upload, generate, transform, train, publish, or distribute content involving:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes physical harm
  • Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors or age-ambiguous persons, grooming, or any other content that endangers children
  • Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or voice cloning, including using another person's voice, likeness, or identity without authorization
  • Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property infringement

These restrictions apply to prompts, lyrics, text, images, audio, video, uploaded files, voice samples, trained voice models, and generated output. Illegal activities, fraud, self-harm encouragement, terrorism or extremist content, and instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing are also prohibited.

BeMusic AI applies zero tolerance to CSAM and non-consensual sexual or identity-based deepfakes. Violating content may be removed, accounts may be suspended or terminated, and suspected illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Content Moderation BeMusic AI reserves the right to:

  • Apply automated safety checks to supported prompts, uploads, and generated media
  • Review any user-generated content, including uploaded images and generated music
  • Remove content that violates these terms without prior notice
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content policies
  • Cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal content

User Responsibility You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or share through BeMusic AI. This includes:

  • Album covers and images you upload
  • Prompts and lyrics you provide
  • Any content you make publicly visible

Disclaimer of Liability BeMusic AI is a platform that enables users to create content. Automated checks and human review do not identify every violation, and not every item receives human pre-screening. BeMusic AI is not responsible for:

  • Content created or uploaded by users
  • Any damages resulting from user-generated content
  • Third-party claims related to user content
  • Misuse of the platform by users

By using BeMusic AI, you acknowledge that you may encounter content created by other users, and you use the service at your own risk. If you see content that violates these terms, please contact us immediately at support@bemusic.ai.

Indemnification for User Content You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeMusic AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content or your violation of these terms.

Your Uploads You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, audio, images, and other materials you upload. By uploading them, you give BeMusic AI permission to process them only as needed to provide and improve the service. You must have all rights and permissions required for anything you upload. Additional rules for uploads, covers, samples, voices, and transformed content appear in our AI Music & Voice Policy and Copyright & Takedown Policy.

Generated Music Your right to use generated output depends on the license you hold:

  • Free, Creator, Trial, and One-Time Credit Products: Generated output is licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless you later obtain a qualifying commercial license.
  • Active Pro and Studio Subscribers, plus eligible grandfathered annual Lite subscribers: While your qualifying subscription is active, you may obtain a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial-use license for eligible output in your account, including output generated before you upgraded. The license is subject to these Terms and the Commercial License Agreement. "Royalty-free" means BeMusic AI does not charge recurring royalties for uses allowed by that license.

Once issued, the commercial license remains valid for the licensed output after the subscription ends, unless the license is terminated because of a breach. It does not transfer or clear rights in third-party material, including uploaded audio, lyrics, images, voices, trademarks, or publicity rights.

Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction and depends on the circumstances. BeMusic AI does not promise that every generated output is eligible for copyright protection, that you will own a copyright in it, or that similar output will not be generated for another user.

Platform and Third-Party Claims BeMusic AI does not guarantee that generated output will never receive a copyright claim, Content ID match, takedown request, distribution rejection, or other platform action. You are responsible for reviewing your output, complying with applicable law and platform rules, and resolving third-party claims. A commercial license certificate confirms the BeMusic AI license for an eligible output; it is not proof of copyright ownership or clearance of third-party material. Copyright notices, counter-notices, and repeat-infringer enforcement are handled under our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

BeMusic AI Content Our website design, AI technology, logos, and brand materials belong to us. You can't copy, modify, or distribute them.

Improving Our Service We may use aggregated operational data, such as feature usage, latency, and failure rates, to improve the service. We do not use private prompts, uploads, voice samples, or generated content to train shared AI models unless you separately and explicitly opt in. We never publish your private creations without permission.

Pricing and Payments

Free Tier Everyone gets free credits to start. Free credits don't expire, but they're limited. Use them to try our tools before subscribing.

Subscription Plans We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Before you confirm a purchase, checkout shows the applicable plan, billing interval, price, and any material promotional terms. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval until canceled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize BeMusic AI and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period for the price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes. If we offer a free trial, introductory price, or other promotion that converts to a paid subscription, checkout will state the trial or promotional period, the price and billing interval that apply afterward, and how to cancel before the first regular charge.

You may cancel before the renewal date shown in your account or billing portal to avoid the next renewal charge. A cancellation submitted after a renewal has already been processed applies to the next billing period unless a refund is required by law or approved under our Refund Policy. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain the applicable plan access until then.

One-Time Purchases We offer one-time credit packs that can be purchased without a subscription. They do not automatically renew and expire 1 year after purchase. The amount, included credits, price, and expiration information are shown before payment.

Payment Methods We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods made available through our payment providers. You authorize the applicable provider to store or use your payment method as needed for the purchase and, for subscriptions, future recurring charges. Prices may exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise; applicable taxes are calculated or collected as required.

Price Changes We may change prices for future purchases. For an existing subscription, a price change takes effect no earlier than a future renewal after we provide the advance notice required by applicable law. The notice will state the new price, when it takes effect, and how to cancel. Continuing the subscription after the effective date authorizes renewal at the new price, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

Billing Issues If a payment fails, we or the payment provider may retry the charge and notify you. If payment cannot be completed, we may pause, downgrade, or cancel paid access. You are responsible for keeping billing information current and reviewing purchase confirmations and renewal notices sent to your account email.

Refunds

We have a separate Refund Policy. Subscriptions and credit packs may be eligible for a refund when the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and no more than 60 credits from the purchased product have been used. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service Availability

Uptime We work hard to keep BeMusic AI running 24/7. But sometimes we need maintenance or updates. We try to do these during quiet hours.

No Guarantees We can't promise the service will always work perfectly. Internet stuff happens. Servers have bad days. We'll fix problems as fast as we can.

Changes to Features We might add new features, change existing ones, or remove features that don't work well. We'll try to let you know about big changes.

Limitation of Liability

The disclaimers and limitations in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. They do not exclude or limit any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters for which limitation is prohibited.

What We're Not Responsible For

BeMusic AI is not responsible for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Lost data (though we try to prevent this)
  • Problems caused by how you use generated music
  • Third-party issues (like your internet provider)
  • Indirect damages of any kind

Maximum Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, if something goes wrong and BeMusic AI is legally responsible, our aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid BeMusic AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply where applicable law does not allow it.

Protecting BeMusic AI

Indemnification To the maximum extent permitted by law, if a third party brings a claim against BeMusic AI because of content you supplied, your unlawful conduct, or your material breach of these Terms, you agree to indemnify BeMusic AI for the resulting losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs. This obligation does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by BeMusic AI, and it does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right or defense available to you.

Ending Your Account

You Can Leave Anytime Cancel your subscription from your account settings. You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

We Can End Access Too We might suspend or close your account if:

  • You break these terms
  • You don't pay
  • We stop offering the service
  • We're required to by law

What Happens After When your account ends, you lose access to BeMusic AI features. We might delete your data after a while. Download anything you want to keep before leaving.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms sometimes. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Big changes might get an email notice. Using BeMusic AI after changes means you accept the new terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

CCPA Compliance (California Users) If you're a California resident:

  • You have the right to know what data we collect
  • You can request deletion of your data
  • We do not sell your personal information for money; Google Ads and similar advertising disclosures may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. Cookie Settings and supported Global Privacy Control signals restrict Google advertising storage and personalization, and broader California privacy requests may be submitted as described in the Privacy Policy
  • You won't be discriminated against for exercising your rights

Data Security We protect your data with:

  • TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • Regular security audits

Governing Law These terms follow the laws where BeMusic AI operates. Any legal disputes will be handled in appropriate courts.

Entire Agreement These terms, together with the policies and agreements expressly incorporated above, are our complete agreement concerning the service. No other promises or agreements apply unless we write them down.

If Part Is Invalid If a court says part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. We'll try to replace invalid parts with similar valid ones.
