Honestly? AI separation has gotten really good, but no tool nails 100% perfect isolation on every single track. Songs with heavy reverb or vocal effects may have faint traces. For the vast majority of pop, rock, hip-hop, and acoustic tracks, the instrumental comes out clean enough for singing, recording, and performing.

That depends on the source material. Pro and Studio include a commercial-use license for eligible separated output. The original song remains subject to its rights holder's copyright, so public events, covers, and published content also require the appropriate source rights.

For personal use — singing at home, practicing — it's generally fine. For public performance or commercial distribution, copyright laws apply to the original recording. We provide the tool; you're responsible for how you use the output.
